Can’t get Toy Tool in Hidden Expedition: The Uncharted Islands
I have followed the screenshot accurately but I can't get the Toy Tool to shift the pink buttons to the right to modify the red lights to green. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a bug or something? Please if anyone has any idea about this than provide me.

Is everybody here holding the toy and descending it to the right? It is as well likely that the toy is in the incorrect position to start with, if that is the case, the toy will not shift. Attempt to pick it up, reposition it, and after that slide it to the right. This will surly solve your issue. Good Luck!

If for a few reason, it at a standstill does not work, the most excellent bet is to contact customer support to notice if they can pinpoint the trouble.

I have the same problem. All buttons in the red position, but keep getting that message will not work here. I contacted support but still no help. I cannot continue the game. It is very frustrating because I do not usually buy games from the EC. I have repositioned many times. No "click" into place or move. The game ends at this point because you cannot do anything else. In addition, the bond of gold in the same scene flashes and hand indicates that you can pick it up, but when you try, just flashes and does nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions for these two problems?

One time you have the "toy" in what you think is the right position, you have to click on it and it will drop into place and bolt so you can then haul it to the right.

I was also very stuck on this puzzle. Then I found the buttons were not the way to the left. I took everyone to the left and the toy fell right tool in place. Hope this helps with this very frustrating problem. I have tried so many times that I was surprised when it finally worked. You have to make sure the lights are red, and after toy network hard to get any of them. Sometimes you have to go back and make the green and then back to red, and then play.
