Dirt 3 not going full screen, stucked on windowed mode
I have windows 7 on mine system and everything on the system works fine without any issue. recently I have installed the Dirt 3 game on mine system and everything like installation has been went smoothly and I don’t have any issue but now I have small issue that I am not able open mine game on the full screen and it is stucked on windowed mode. I have tried lots of steps to make full screen but I am not able to make on full mode. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

I think it's a normal procedure for the game window in full screen mode. Since all games have the same way that this game can also have this procedure. First open the Dirt 3 game library and it will presented on the folder where you installed the dirt game on your system. Now once you finish this and after that make right-click the class library and then choose the configuration tool. You will see an option to choose the way in a windowed or full screen mode and it to be presented at the far left corner to choose full screen mode with a check mark in the option. Hope this helps.

I think you have issue on the driver and so I would like to suggest you to update your driver and so that you can solve your issue. to do this you need to go through the following steps: first make click on the start icon on the desktop and after that make click on the control panel. Now on the control panel make search for the device manger and once you locate that program and after that make double click on that. Now on the device manger you will get the option to update driver and after that update your drivers and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you the following steps to change the screen resolution and after that your issue will get solved. To do this you need to go though the following steps: first go to the control panel and under that make click on the Display. Now on the display application go to the setting tab and under that go to the Screen resolution section. Now on the Screen resolution section drag slider as you desired and after that make click on the apply button and after that hit the ok button. now once you hit this your system screen will turn to black and after that some seconds you will get the confirmation and after that hit on that and then go through your issue.

According to me you need to change the desktop to a higher resolution and after that may be your issue will get solved. To desktop to a higher resolution you need to go through the following steps: first close the all application on your system and after that makes right click on the desktop and after that choose the properties. Now on the properties go to the setting and under that click on the screen resolution. Now here Change the screen resolution to 1280 X 1024. Now once you change this make click on the ok button and after that go through your issue.

Now on the control panel go to the windows update and after that make double click windows update and after that go through the steps given under that and once you finish this and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.

Hey, this is not a driver issue or anything it is just the game, to remedy, go to your your windows user area and find dirt 3 and go into hardware settings ( c:/users/name/my documents/my games/dirt 3/hardware settings/ this is the default) and find hardware settings config, at this point open that file in notepad, find where it says fullscreen="false" and change this to true. Hope that this helps as a long term fix
