Textures "flickering" in Warhammer 40K: Space Marine
I loaded the demo of the game and works and play great. The problem, however, is that the textures in the game are vacillating between normal, black and every time they move. I am running a GTS 250, so I hope it's not a hardware problem. I really hope to get this resolved before release.

Hello please go with the [following settings initially go with the Nvidia Control Panel and from there choose 3D Settings and next to that choose Manage 3D Settings and subsequent to this turn off Anisotropic filtering and also Ant aliasing – Mod. And if you want to perform it for demo then go to Programs Settings Tab and choose add and select my computer and select local disc under that search for the Space Marine .exe which you will get in the Warhammer 40000 Space Marine Demo game folder. I hope this will help you.

I do not consider that forcing AA works usually, took pictures previous to and subsequent to and was the similar, except at what time I enforced AA arbitrary black textures. It appears that the game utilize a number of kind of blur built within AA, however it could be possible all the way through the real strength of AA by means of the Nvidia Inspector Darksiders configuration, because both games utilize the similar engine I consider.

Another interesting thing I discovered was that if I had one instance of Google Chrome or Internet Explorer is running in the background, the issues of the texture do not occur regardless of graphical settings. Not sure what it is.

It could be worth a try for you to find just a quick fix. After more experiments (FML), the game runs smooth texture when YouTube is open in an Internet browser in the background. This leads me to believe that YouTube can force driver cargo insurance only if the page is open? I do not know enough about this sort of thing to say for confident however since the demo does not characteristic online play, through the window open it supposed to not affect the game as well. Anyway I hope Relic takes the time to study this because it seems a fairly common problem.

I enclose none of these issues, and the just thing that force within driver settings is "single screen mode." EVGA Precision I have installed, but no more clocks while playing Space Marines, and that works well at speeds of values and maximum settings of the Space Marines. I did a little tinkering, and what he wrote Castogar over a number of things that I have changed the configuration of my video card seems to work, but at the moment to change the resolution to one that fits my monitor, and then started to go crazy textures like usual.

I did the whole thing but the blinking yet produced. After that I tried to turn off vsync within the game through the video options> Options menu (you have to do this from the main menu). I helped a little, but some stood there blinking. Disable post-processing completely eliminates the problem for me. But then I still hope that this will be fixed as it would be a shame not to play this for the entire setup.

My technique possibly will help. I can't assurance it will. I am not as well proverbial through Nvidia control panel software; as a result I can't walk you through it into detail.
1. First you have to go into your graphics card management software. If you don’t know where it is then you will get it within the windows control panel.
2. Find the way your technique all the way through to your 3D application settings.
3. Make sure that all obtainable choice, particularly Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering are function (controlled by the game) controlled. If not, ensure the suitable boxes and/or move the sliders as required, once you done with it then apply it and click on ok button.
4. And if you perform all these things appropriately then after that launch the game. I am sure it will work.
This technique is able to be used to fix a lot of graphical problems and glitches, not presently crashes and flickering. You possibly will desire to attempt this at any time you have troubles earlier than seeking additional help.

Re: Textures "flickering" in Warhammer 40K: Space Marine
I put my control panel to default values and objects in black, no texture appears as expected. Forced AA and AF were the only adjustments I had that were not in default / application controlled, so those were the culprits for me. Turn off AA and AF worked for me. I cannot help but wonder if the problem originated at the end of the Space Marines, though. I do not I have it configured to force anything. Both mine were set to control the application. I hope that ends fixed, not that the work around is not easy.

None of the changes I've done is work. Oddly enough, however, as mentioned above, if you have a window at the back the game through a number of forms of video plugin (I utilize the page space marine video) seems to work fine. A kind of weirdo, I hope it does release, however in any case if you execute a simple job in any way.

Hi!
Make sure that no 3D settings is forced in your NVIDIA Control Panel.
1) Right-click on your Desktop and then open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
2) Click on Manage 3D Settings under 3D Settings.
3) Make sure that every Setting is managed by the Application and that no Settings are forced. (ex: Anti-Aliasing, Vsync, etc.)
