Windows 7 Upload speed problem

Windows 7 Upload speed problem Hello everyone, I need some help on an upload speed problem, here is the situation : I was trying to upload one video on youtube, and it was really super slow, (8 hours 5% done of 10Gb), got same upload problems on dropbox or even to transfer a file over skype... I did some search and the upload speed is supposed to be 2 times better than download speed, but I did an upload test and my download speed is about 30 Mb / sec, while my upload speed is sometimes at 900kb/s or 100kb/s. I wonder if i can try to modify regedit like other forums said, because last time I did, I needed to reinstall windows again because my internet was messed up. Just follow the below steps: Just download UltrSurf from here. Run this exe file. This will open Internet explorer with ultrasurf default page. Now dont close the UltraSurf, neither close the IE tab with its homepage. Just start your upload, it will be fast.
