Downloading with the torrent is very fast. I always download my stuff through a torrent client. If you use a torrent to download, you can pause and resume it any time you like and it continues to start download from where you left. This feature makes torrent the best way to download a file. But some times there is a difficulty to search for a specific torrent. I wanted to know which are the best torrent search engines available, so that I can search for the torrents in a fast way. Any advice or suggestion.

Torrents sites mostly look for size of torrent database, integrity of files, updates easy for searching, information about the file, speed of access, information of the torrent P2P community, readers comments and ability to provide feedback. Most of the torrent sites look for these as a criteria for their site to grow. The popular torrent site are
1) Isohunt.com - Isohunt is a Canadian site that has earned the respect of P2P users everywhere. Isohunt team provides solid service and good torrents for download. There are some fake torrents on the site, but if you are careful i.e if you read the user comments on each download you should not have any problem.
2) Entertane - It is a metasearch engine. On your behalf it will pore through other search engines and will display the results for your easy browsing.

Here are some more Bittorrent search engines available
1) Alive Torrents - It is a new site. It contains torrents that have distinguished themselves as a solid base and an active readership. The torrent files available are from the most popular current searches today.
2) Torrentroot - It is a metasearch engine. On your behalf they will pore through other search engines and display the results for easy browsing. Be careful Torrent Root web pages are attached by scareware and phishing.
3) Demoniod.com - It is a private company, members are liable for any leeching adn they invite the friends to join this community. If your are lucky to get a Demonoid membership invite your friends carefully.

Now I can download my favorite torrents with an ease. This is what I was looking for. Most of the sites are really good. You can find the torrents from there easily. Thanks a lot again.
